Topic/ Title: It Takes a Village: Building a Circle of Trust
Description: Our network is one of the most valuable commodities we possess, a seemingly infinite source of knowledge and skills. Being connected to the right people unlocks fine opportunities, and makes our goals seem ever more achievable. It must follow, then, that the more people in our network, the better, right? What if that weren’t true? What if, instead of building a vast network, we could build a deep network, one that addresses concrete needs, and where members of the network play concrete roles. In this keynote, the World Champion of Public Speaking shares his strategy for building one of the most effective yet simplest teams geared towards achieving a goal.
